Most PR firms charge agents a $5,000-a-month retainer to pitch stories a lot of agents could pitch themselves, if they knew how.
PR Genius Real Estate was built by an agent who spent 10 years on the sales side and then learned the media side, so you're not paying for overhead you don't need.
Whether you want to run your own outreach, get matched directly with reporters looking for local sources, or hand the whole thing off, the goal is the same: get you the kind of coverage that used to be reserved for agents with big teams and bigger budgets.

Why It Works?
Credibility You Can't Buy
A "featured in" badge does more for your reputation than another postcard mailer ever will.
Content You Can Reuse Forever
Every media hit becomes a social post, a listing presentation slide, a website headline.
Built for Real Estate Agents
No teams, no assistants, no marketing budget required. Just you, a system, and 20 minutes a week.

My name is Nathalia Cruz Ortiz
I sold and manged real estate for 10+ years. Then in 2020, everything shut down, and I had time to actually think about how agents get business, and I noticed the ones getting the calls weren't always the ones doing the best work. They were the ones getting quoted in the local paper, showing up on podcasts, getting tagged as "the market expert" in their area.

So I pivoted. I took what I knew about real estate and paired it with media relations, learning how newsrooms actually work, what makes a journalist say yes to a pitch, and how to turn a listing or a market trend into a story someone wants to tell.

That's PR Genius Real Estate.

I built it because I know two things about agents firsthand: you don't have marketing staff, and you don't have a marketing budget that can absorb a $5,000-a-month retainer. So everything here is built to work without either.
Whether you want to run your own PR with the DIY kit or hand it off entirely, the goal is the same: get you the kind of visibility that used to be reserved for agents with big teams and bigger budgets.

I've been on both sides of this, closing the deal and pitching the story. Now I help other agents do both.
